Returns:

Refunds:

  • We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed.
  • If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be processed depending on the bank’s resolution period.
  • If any type of refund is approved, it will be credited in the source account within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
  • Customers have to return a product in 3 days upon confirmation from the customer support team, only if the product is damaged in transit.

Replacement / Exchange:

Currently we are not offering any type of replacement or exchanges.

Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:

If a cancellation request is received within 5 hours after placing the order and the order is yet to be processed, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellation of Processed Orders:

Once an order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel it. In the rare case that a cancellation is accepted post-processing, a credit note equivalent to the order value will be issued. This credit note can be used for future purchases on our website. The credit note will get credited within 24 hours post initiation.

Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:

We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.

 Charges for Cancellation/Returns:

  • A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations of orders after processing, and a ₹100 deduction for returns of orders (RTO) that have left the warehouse.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a specified shipping charge limit mentioned during checkout.
